Packaging and Delivery

Products are despatched in the original manufacturers packing. We aim to reduce the amount of additional packaging. Usually, we provide a jiffy bag for outer packaging.

We aim to despatch orders the same day of receipt. However, we cannot guarantee it. If we miss the same day despatch, we will usually despatch the following working day.

UK - If your order is over £50 then we will ship by recorded delivery free of charge within the UK. We despatch all low value orders by recorded delivery at a charge of £3.50 flat rate including VAT.

Republic of Ireland - If your order is £50 or over, we will ship by Royal Mail Airsure priority delivery at no charge. Orders with a value of £50 or less are charged at £3.50 for first class airmail.

Other countries - If your order is £50 or over, we will ship by Royal Mail Airsure priority (depending on availability of service) free of charge. In the event that Airsure is not available, we will send at the lowest cost postal route. Orders with a value of £50 or less are charged at £3.50 for first class airmail.
